At about twelve years old, the cool, hunky, dude across the street bought a new stingray.  Carol Regan swore that one day she would have one.  After her step-daughters graduated from high school, she made that dream a reality.  She bought a 2002 Electron Blue ZO6.  She was working with a long standing member of Santa Clara Corvettes at the time who suggested that she check out the club.  Once she did and met everyone, she was hooked.  She went to her first race in Marina in April of 2003 and – with the urging of Steve Merrick – she fell in love with auto-cross.  In May of 2003, she bought into the D&J Racing team and has become the team's Super Stock representative.

She has won first place for her class twice but, is aiming at being a consistent winner!!
